How do I book?
For all bookings and enquiries about our sleepover packages and events we cater for, contact us via our website or social media pages.

You can book in a few easy steps.
Step 1. Choose a theme
Step 2. Tell us the number of dens you require
Step 3. Confirm your event address or postcode
Step 4. We will then send you a booking form to complete along with our terms & conditions which we will need signed and agreed to before delivery can take place
Step 5. Your booking only will be confirmed upon receipt of a £25 deposit (depending on the size of your party)
Step 6. We will stay in contact with you leading up to your booking and we are always here to assist you with any queries
Step 7. Create adequate space within your home for us arriving to make the magic happen

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept deposit payments via PayPal or bank transfer.
Do you offer refunds on deposits?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. We will do our best to accommodate changes that you may wish to make. However we cannot offer refunds on any deposits within 7 days of your confirmed booking date.
We also cannot offer any reduction to price and or deposits/balances should a guest/guests fail to attend your event regardless if prior notice is given before or on the event date.
We are happy to reschedule party dates should we have the availability do so at short notice. We would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as you can as we do get booked in advance quickly.
For your peace of mind.
If your booking can not go ahead due to Covid related issues, ie. Members of your household having to quarantine or self isolate, we can offer you the option to reschedule to a later date or to transfer your deposit to another booking. Please advise us as soon as you can if this situation occurs.
What time does delivery, set up and collection take place? How long does it take?
Delivery & set up will take place between 10am - 6pm on the day of your booking. We will arrange a suitable delivery window with you two days before we are due to arrive. Collection will take place the day after your booking between 10am - 4pm. Will we again confirm a time most suitable with you.
We strive to work as efficiently as possible whilst ensuring that every detail is perfect for you. Setting up can take between 45minutes - 1.5 hours depending on the number of Dens ordered.
Where can the teepees be set up? How much space do I require?
All of our Dens are for indoor use only unless specified.
For use in homes we would prefer that they are set up on ground floor level due to the weight of equipment and volume of deliveries per day.
Each Den including teepee measures 110cm wide x 185cm long.
Please ensure you have sufficient space for all teepees prior to booking as refunds will not be given in the event that there is insufficient space. I will always consider issues of health and safety to ensure there are clear entry and exits from the room where the teepees are erected should there be an emergency. I have public liability insurance however this does not cover me to move furniture to make space for your party. I am happy to look at photos of the space you have available before arrival if you are unsure of what you can accommodate. Please ensure the room is sufficiently cleared before I arrive to set up your sleepover, so that you can get to work on making the magic happen.
The breakfast trays measure 70cm x 35cm. They can be placed on the floor in front, beside or on the mattresses provided.
Where do you deliver?
We provide free delivery with all of our sleepover packages within a 10 mile radius of our premises in Ballymoney. This covers a lot of the North Coast, Co Antrim and Co. Londonderry. Feel free to contact us for delivery charges outside of these areas. All extra delivery charges will be calculated between addresses with google maps for transparency at a rate of 50p/mile each way.
What ages are the teepees suitable for?
We feel that our teepees are most suited to boys & girls aged 5 and over. We would discourage use by a child under this age and cannot be held responsible for any injuries to children under 5 if they are allowed to play in them.We cater for any age group from primary to secondary school and right through to adults.
Our mattresses measure 22cm H x 165cm L x 70cm Wide and can accommodate users up to a maximum weight of 120kg.
* Adult supervision is recommended at all times.
Do guests need to bring anything with them?
The only things you need are pyjamas and a pillow. These are not supplied for hygiene reasons and we’ve always found that children do prefer to have the comfort of their own at sleepovers.
How are the teepees and accessories cleaned?
We ensure that sheets, quilt covers, throw blankets and fabric bunting are all washed at 60 degrees and/with non-bio antibacterial laundry cleanser. Line or tumble dried, and sprayed with antibacterial spray, before being placed in sealed packaging 72 hours before delivery.
Inflatable mattresses will be wiped clean with hot soapy water, sprayed with sterilising solution and then air dried completely and/or by using a soft cloth.
Teepee covers will be steam cleaned/removed from frames and washed on a hygiene setting with antibacterial laundry cleanser.
All tray tables and accessories will be wiped on all surfaces with hot soapy water, antibacterial wipes, antibacterial spray and a clean cloth as required. During Covid-19 all equipment will be cleansed, packaged and stored a minimum of 72 hours before each hire.
